Requests are sent via WhatsApp, the request builder on this website, email or phone. An order is confirmed only after the customer accepts a complete offer and MAD TRADING confirms it in writing. A website or WhatsApp reference alone is not order acceptance.
Product, grade, quantity, availability, delivery terms and the total price are confirmed in the offer before the customer accepts an order.
MAD TRADING provides prices in an offer that specifies the total payable amount, taxes and delivery charges. Prices vary with arrivals, size grades and quantities and are expressed in XOF (CFA francs).
Delivery is available only in the area expressly confirmed in the offer.
The delivery area, location, fees and timing are stated in the offer based on the destination, quantity and transport conditions.
The product state, handling requirements and available lot information are confirmed in the offer. Any documents requested are subject to availability for the relevant product and lot.
Available payment methods, the due date and any deposit are stated in the written offer or invoice before confirmation.
For distance or off-premises sales to consumers, Article 11 of Ivorian Consumer Law 2016-412 gives the buyer ten working days from delivery to return a product for exchange or refund without a penalty, except return costs. This right does not require prior approval from MAD TRADING. Because seafood is perishable, contact us promptly to arrange safe return handling; an ordinary parcel, prepaid label or drop-off point is not offered. These logistics do not reduce the statutory right or period.

These terms are governed by Ivorian law, subject to mandatory rules. The customer may refer a dispute to the authorities and courts made competent under applicable law; no term here requires a consumer to use one exclusive court.
