RCCM and IFU numbers are available on request for all B2B orders.
Orders are placed via WhatsApp, the purchase-order builder on this website, email or phone. An order is confirmed only after explicit acknowledgement by MAD TRADING (order reference BC-… provided).
Minimum order quantities depend on the product (typically 10 kg for whole shrimp and fish). Volume discounts apply for cartons and full containers.
MAD TRADING operates exclusively on a quote-based pricing model for professionals. Prices vary with arrivals, size grades and quantities, and are provided per quote (valid 7 days). Prices are expressed in XOF (CFA francs).
Delivery zone: Greater Abidjan and major Ivorian cities (subject to quantity).
Lead times: 24-48h in Abidjan, 2-4 days in regions, from order confirmation. Weekend deliveries by prior arrangement for hotels and restaurants.
All products are stored at -18°C and transported under controlled temperature. Traceability documents and sanitary certificates are available on request for professionals and tenders.
Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer and Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money, Wave). Payment terms (deposit, credit period) may be arranged for regular clients and large organisations.
Any quality issue must be reported within 24h of delivery, with photos. Valid returns are handled with a prepaid label, replacement or refund within 5-7 days after inspection.

These terms are governed by Ivorian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Abidjan.
