This English page is a convenience summary. The French policy is the reference text for MAD TRADING’s processing of personal data in Côte d’Ivoire.

We use contact, request and order information to answer enquiries, prepare purchase orders, handle orders, delivery and complaints, and meet applicable legal obligations. Some form selections are stored locally in your browser so you can resume an order preparation. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the site or WhatsApp.

Depending on the service used, information may be processed by our hosting, email, WhatsApp or optional AI providers, potentially outside Côte d’Ivoire. The active production vendors, locations and any required ARTCI transfer authorisations must be checked before activating optional integrations.
